Our Basic Inspection Report includes our call out fee and a detailed onsite visual inspection of all building areas in freestanding homes and for Estates, all external Body Corporate liability items as well as common property. After the inspection, a report is issued and presented, whether for maintenance planning or AGM presentation; this report is yours. The once off Inspection report is charged separately to any Plans.

Maintenance Plans
Choose the level of care that best suits your property's requirements. Please note that plan services described are rendered monthly and all plans are charged monthly in advance.
Essential Plan
The Essential Plan starts with fundamentals and is limited to regular maintenance reporting and some general vegetation trimming, with focus on highlighting various aspects required for essential asset maintenance.
Priority Plan
The Priority Plan includes everything in the Essential Plan with some added attention to the cracks, leaks and minor issues that may arise from weather, age and general wear. The focus here lies in catching critical basic issues before increased deterioration.
Premium Plan
The Premium Plan includes everything in the Priority Plan with a wider range of minor, small, preventative and yearly maintenance solutions allowing for consistent lifecycle tracking. Larger replacement items are included in this Plan at no additional cost.
